Build Up works to build the power of young people to shape where they live, and to change who can make decisions about London.
We support young people aged 10 – 25 to design and build public and community spaces. We bring young people, builders and designers together, equipping young people with the tools and agency to shape their future.

Young people are usually excluded from decisions about their communities. At Build Up, we’re working to change that.
On our projects, young people create genuinely inclusive public spaces. Young people gain practical design and construction skills, learn to lead and drive change. Our spaces support communities for years to come, each designed by and for local people.
